We understand that you may feel that the item delivered is not exactly what you wanted. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Stick Bandits and the defect is not due to a misspelling, please email stick bandits at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 14 days of the receipt of the product.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 1 business day of receipt of merchandise. Refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued based on inspection.
In some cases the product must be returned to the Stick Bandits within 14 business days of the issuance of the RMA. In all cases however, outgoing and return freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Place the original stickers in an envelope and mail to Stick Bandits, P.O. Box 1058, Bensenville, IL 60106. The RMA number must be clearly written on the returned envelope. If you received a label via email. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Stick Bandits is not responsible for lost or damaged packages via mail. Send pre-authorized returns to the address supplied by Stick Bandits Representative.
